DGFT has issued revised lists of Products wef 25th February 2014 under Focus Product Scheme (FPS), Market Linked Focus Products (MLFP) and List Of Export Items Allowed Under Vishesh Krishi And Gram Udyog Yojana (VKGUY). Related Notification is as follows:-

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies revised Appendix 37 A and 37 D of the Handbook of Procedure- Volume-I (Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms). This shall come into force with immediate effect.

(DIR Series) Circular No. 5 dated August 01, 2005 as amended from time to time in terms of which refinancing of existing ECB by raising fresh ECB at lower all-in-cost is permitted subject to the condition that the outstanding maturity of the original loan is maintained.
